Privacy Policy

باختصار

على iPhone وAndroid على حدٍّ سواء، لا يجمع LearnSimply أي بيانات شخصية، ولا يتتبّع أحدًا، ولا يعرض إعلانات. لست بحاجة إلى إنشاء حساب.

ما يبقى على جهازك

الكلمات التي تتعلمها وتحفظها، وملاحظاتك الشخصية، واللغة والوضع والإعدادات التي تختارها، تُحفظ على جهازك فقط. لا تُرسل إلينا ولا إلى أي جهة أخرى أبدًا. وتتم المشاركة بين التطبيق وأداته داخل الجهاز أيضًا.

على iPhone، إذا كان النسخ الاحتياطي على iCloud مفعّلًا، فقد تُضمَّن هذه المعلومات في النسخة الاحتياطية لجهازك التي تحفظها Apple في حساب iCloud الخاص بك. وعلى Android، إذا كان النسخ الاحتياطي من Google مفعّلًا، فقد يحفظها النسخ الاحتياطي التلقائي في حساب Google الخاص بك. لا يمكننا الوصول إلى هذه النسخ.

المشتريات

تتم الاشتراكات والشراء مدى الحياة عبر App Store من Apple على iPhone، وعبر Google Play على Android. تعالج Apple أو Google بيانات الدفع الخاصة بك، ولا نراها نحن أبدًا. يعرف التطبيق من المتجر فقط ما إذا كان Premium مفعّلًا. للمزيد من التفاصيل، راجع سياسة خصوصية Apple وسياسة خصوصية Google.

الإشعارات

تُجدوَل إشعارات الكلمات وتُعرض على جهازك، ولا يُستخدم أي خادم. يمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت من إعدادات iPhone، أو من إعدادات إشعارات التطبيق على Android.

الأطفال

لا يجمع التطبيق بيانات من أي شخص، بما في ذلك الأطفال.

حذف بياناتك

عند حذف التطبيق تُحذف جميع بياناته من جهازك. ويمكنك أيضًا إعادة تعيين الكلمات التي تعلّمتها من الملف الشخصي.

ما سبق يخص التطبيق. عند استخدامك نموذج الدعم أو مراسلتنا بالبريد الإلكتروني، يصلنا عنوانك ورسالتك عبر البريد الإلكتروني لنتمكن من الرد عليك. التفاصيل (المسؤول عن البيانات والغرض والنقل ومدة الحفظ وحقوقك وفق قانون حماية البيانات التركي KVKK) موجودة في الإشعار الإنجليزي أدناه.

In short

On iPhone and Android alike, LearnSimply collects no personal data, does no tracking and shows no ads. You don't need an account.

What stays on your device

The words you learn and save, the personal notes you write on words, your chosen language, mode and settings are stored only on your device. They are never sent to us or anyone else. Sharing between the app and its widget also happens on the device.

On iPhone, if iCloud Backup is on, this information may be included in Apple's backup of your device in your own iCloud account. On Android, if Google backup is on, Android's automatic backup may store it in your own Google account. We have no access to these backups.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are made through Apple's App Store on iPhone and Google Play on Android. Apple or Google processes your payment details; we never see them. The app only learns from the store whether Premium is active. See the Apple Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy for details.

Notifications

Word notifications are scheduled and shown on your device; no server is involved. You can turn them off anytime in Settings on iPhone, or in the app's notification settings on Android.

Children

The app collects no data from anyone, including children.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device. You can also reset your learned words in Profile.

Support form and e-mail

The sections above are about the app. When you use the support form on the website or e-mail us, the address and message you write are sent to us by e-mail so we can answer you. The website does not store them itself, and it uses no cookies or analytics.

• What data: the e-mail address, message, chosen topic and language, and browser details you send us through the support form or by e-mail. The app itself collects no personal data.
• Why: to answer your support request, look into bug reports and prevent misuse of the form.
• Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) (directly related to entering into or performing a contract) and Art. 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms).
• How it is collected: electronically, through the support form on the website and by e-mail.
• Transfers: your message is passed on and stored through Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the website and forwards the e-mail, and Microsoft (Outlook), which provides our mailbox; their servers may be outside Türkiye. This transfer is made under KVKK Art. 9 and only to answer your request. Your data is not shared with anyone else, not sold and not used for advertising.
• How long: support correspondence is kept for at most 1 year after the request is closed, then deleted.
• Your rights: under KVKK Art. 11 you can ask whether your data is processed, request information about it and its purpose, learn who it was transferred to, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object, and claim compensation for damage. Send your request to destek@learnsimply.app; we answer within 30 days at the latest.
