Kısaca

LearnSimply, iPhone'da da Android'de de hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz, kullanıcıyı takip etmez ve reklam göstermez. Hesap açman gerekmez.

Cihazında saklananlar

Öğrendiğin ve kaydettiğin kelimeler, kelimelere yazdığın kişisel notlar, seçtiğin dil, mod ve ayarlar yalnızca cihazında saklanır. Bu bilgiler bize ya da başka birine gönderilmez. Uygulama ile widget arasında paylaşım da cihazın içinde olur.

iPhone'da iCloud Yedekleme açıksa bu bilgiler, Apple'ın cihaz yedeğinin parçası olarak senin kendi iCloud hesabında saklanabilir. Android'de Google yedeklemesi açıksa bu bilgiler, Android'in otomatik yedeklemesiyle senin kendi Google hesabında saklanabilir. Bu yedeklere bizim erişimimiz yoktur.

Satın almalar

Abonelikler ve ömür boyu satın alma iPhone'da Apple'ın App Store'u, Android'de Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Ödeme bilgilerini Apple ya da Google işler; biz bu bilgileri görmeyiz. Uygulama yalnızca mağazadan Premium'un açık olup olmadığını öğrenir. Ayrıntılar için Apple Gizlilik Politikası'na ve Google Gizlilik Politikası'na bakabilirsin.

Bildirimler

Kelime bildirimleri cihazında planlanır ve gösterilir; hiçbir sunucu kullanılmaz. İzni istediğin zaman iPhone'da Ayarlar'dan, Android'de uygulama bildirim ayarlarından kapatabilirsin.

Çocuklar

Uygulama kimseden veri toplamadığı için çocuklardan da veri toplamaz.

Verilerini silmek

Uygulamayı sildiğinde cihazındaki tüm uygulama verileri de silinir. Öğrendiğin kelimeleri Profil'den sıfırlayabilirsin.

Destek formu ve e-posta

Yukarıdakiler uygulama içindir. Sitedeki destek formunu kullandığında ya da bize e-posta yazdığında, yazdığın e-posta adresi ve mesajın sana cevap verebilmemiz için bize e-postayla iletilir. Site bu bilgileri kendisi saklamaz; çerez ve analiz aracı da kullanmaz.

Uygulamanın App Store yayıncısı: Lutfi Ecevit Say

Hangi veriler: Destek formu ya da e-posta yoluyla bize ilettiğin e-posta adresin, mesajın, seçtiğin konu ve dil, tarayıcı bilgisi. Uygulama ise kişisel veri toplamaz.
Amaç: Destek talebini yanıtlamak, hata bildirimlerini incelemek ve formun kötüye kullanılmasını önlemek.
Hukuki sebep: KVKK md. 5/2-c (bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması) ve md. 5/2-f (temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla meşru menfaat).
Toplama yöntemi: Sitedeki destek formu ve e-posta yoluyla, elektronik ortamda.
Aktarım: Mesajın, siteyi barındıran ve e-postayı ileten Cloudflare, Inc. ile e-posta kutumuzu sağlayan Microsoft (Outlook) üzerinden iletilir ve saklanır; bu hizmetlerin sunucuları yurt dışında olabilir. Aktarım KVKK md. 9 çerçevesinde ve yalnızca talebini yanıtlamak için yapılır. Verilerin başka kimseyle paylaşılmaz, satılmaz ve reklam için kullanılmaz.
Saklama süresi: Destek yazışmaları, talep sonuçlandıktan sonra en fazla 1 yıl saklanır ve sonra silinir.
Hakların: KVKK md. 11 uyarınca verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, işlenme amacını öğrenme, aktarıldığı kişileri bilme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme, itiraz etme ve zararın giderilmesini talep etme hakların var. Başvurunu destek@learnsimply.app adresine gönderebilirsin; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.

In short

On iPhone and Android alike, LearnSimply collects no personal data, does no tracking and shows no ads. You don't need an account.

What stays on your device

The words you learn and save, the personal notes you write on words, your chosen language, mode and settings are stored only on your device. They are never sent to us or anyone else. Sharing between the app and its widget also happens on the device.

On iPhone, if iCloud Backup is on, this information may be included in Apple's backup of your device in your own iCloud account. On Android, if Google backup is on, Android's automatic backup may store it in your own Google account. We have no access to these backups.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are made through Apple's App Store on iPhone and Google Play on Android. Apple or Google processes your payment details; we never see them. The app only learns from the store whether Premium is active. See the Apple Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy for details.

Notifications

Word notifications are scheduled and shown on your device; no server is involved. You can turn them off anytime in Settings on iPhone, or in the app's notification settings on Android.

Children

The app collects no data from anyone, including children.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device. You can also reset your learned words in Profile.

Support form and e-mail

The sections above are about the app. When you use the support form on the website or e-mail us, the address and message you write are sent to us by e-mail so we can answer you. The website does not store them itself, and it uses no cookies or analytics.

What data: the e-mail address, message, chosen topic and language, and browser details you send us through the support form or by e-mail. The app itself collects no personal data.
Why: to answer your support request, look into bug reports and prevent misuse of the form.
Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) (directly related to entering into or performing a contract) and Art. 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms).
How it is collected: electronically, through the support form on the website and by e-mail.
Transfers: your message is passed on and stored through Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the website and forwards the e-mail, and Microsoft (Outlook), which provides our mailbox; their servers may be outside Türkiye. This transfer is made under KVKK Art. 9 and only to answer your request. Your data is not shared with anyone else, not sold and not used for advertising.
How long: support correspondence is kept for at most 1 year after the request is closed, then deleted.
Your rights: under KVKK Art. 11 you can ask whether your data is processed, request information about it and its purpose, learn who it was transferred to, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object, and claim compensation for damage. Send your request to destek@learnsimply.app; we answer within 30 days at the latest.
