Lisans sözleşmesi
LearnSimply'yi iPhone'da kullanıyorsan Apple'ın standart son kullanıcı lisans sözleşmesi (Apple Standart EULA), Android'de kullanıyorsan Google Play Hizmet Şartları da geçerlidir.
Premium
- Aylık ve yıllık Premium otomatik yenilenen aboneliklerdir. Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığında iPhone'da Apple Kimliği hesabından, Android'de Google hesabından alınır.
- Ücretsiz deneme sunuluyorsa deneme bitince seçtiğin planın ücreti alınır; denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı abonelik başlayınca geçersiz olur.
- Abonelik iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir. iPhone'da yenilenmemesi için dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce App Store hesap ayarlarından iptal etmen gerekir. Android'de Google Play uygulamasında Ödemeler ve abonelikler › Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsin; iptal, ödediğin dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
- Ömür boyu Premium tek seferlik bir satın almadır; abonelik ve yenileme yoktur.
- İadeler, satın aldığın mağazanın politikalarına göre Apple ya da Google tarafından yapılır.
Fikri mülkiyet
LearnSimply uygulamasının ve learnsimply.app sitesinin tüm içeriği Lütfi Ecevit Say'a aittir ve telif hakkı dahil fikri mülkiyet mevzuatıyla korunur. Bu içerik şunları kapsar: kelime listeleri ve kelimelerin seçimi, anlamlar, örnek cümleler, çeviriler, kalıp ifadeler, kelime aileleri, karıştırılan kelime açıklamaları, deyimler, bulmaca ve boşluk doldurma soruları, tasarım, arayüz, logo, ikonlar, görseller, metinler ve yazılım kodu.
Tüm hakları saklıdır. Sana verilen tek hak, uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla, bu koşullar ve indirdiğin mağazanın koşulları (Apple EULA ya da Google Play Hizmet Şartları) çerçevesinde kullanmaktır.
Yasaklanan kullanımlar
Aşağıdakiler yasaktır:
- İçeriği toplu olarak kopyalamak, indirmek, veri kazıma (scraping) yapmak ya da otomatik araçlarla toplamak.
- İçeriği başka bir uygulamada, sitede, kitapta ya da üründe kullanmak, satmak veya dağıtmak.
- Yazılımın kaynak koduna ulaşmaya çalışmak (tersine mühendislik), yazılımı değiştirmek ya da kopyalamak.
- İçeriği yapay zeka modellerini eğitmek için kullanmak.
- Uygulamanın güvenlik önlemlerini ya da Premium kısıtlamalarını aşmaya çalışmak.
İzin verilen paylaşımlar
Günün Bulmacası sonuçlarını, tek tek kelime kartlarının ekran görüntülerini ve kendi ilerlemeni kişisel sosyal medya hesaplarında paylaşabilirsin.
Marka
“LearnSimply” adı ve logosu Lütfi Ecevit Say'a aittir; izinsiz kullanılamaz.
Kullanıcı içeriği
Kelimelere yazdığın kişisel notlar (Notum) sana aittir. Notların cihazında ve, yedekleme açıksa, kendi iCloud ya da Google hesabında saklanır; bizimle paylaşılmaz.
İçeriğin doğruluğu
Kelime anlamları, örnek cümleler ve diğer içerik özenle hazırlanmıştır, ancak hata içerebilir. İçerik dil öğrenmene yardımcı olmak içindir; resmi sınav sonuçları ya da profesyonel çeviri için garanti verilmez.
Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğun yasal haklar saklıdır.
Hizmetin kısıtlanması
Bu koşulları ihlal eden kullanımlarda uygulamanın ve sitenin hizmetleri kısıtlanabilir. Satın alımlarla ilgili Apple ve Google kuralları saklıdır.
Değişiklikler
Uygulamanın içeriğini, özelliklerini, ücretsiz ve Premium kapsamını, fiyatlarını ve bu koşulları değiştirme hakkı saklıdır. Değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlandığı tarihte yürürlüğe girer; önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur. Ödemesi yapılmış abonelik dönemleri bu değişikliklerden olumsuz etkilenmez; abonelik fiyat değişiklikleri Apple'ın ve Google'ın kurallarına göre bildirilir.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketicilerin kendi ülkelerindeki zorunlu tüketici koruma hakları saklıdır.
Telif hakkı ihlali bildirimi
İçeriğimizin izinsiz kullanıldığını ya da içeriğimizde bir hak ihlali olduğunu düşünüyorsan destek@learnsimply.app adresine bildirebilirsin.

İletişim
License agreement
If you use LearnSimply on iPhone, Apple's standard end user license agreement (Apple Standard EULA) also applies; on Android, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
Premium
- Monthly and yearly Premium are auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account on iPhone, or your Google account on Android, when you confirm the purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, the price of the chosen plan is charged when the trial ends; any unused part of the trial ends when the subscription starts.
- The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. On iPhone, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your App Store account settings to stop the renewal. On Android, manage or cancel it in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
- Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase with no subscription or renewal.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under the policies of the store you bought from.
Intellectual property
All content of the LearnSimply app and the learnsimply.app website belongs to Lütfi Ecevit Say and is protected by intellectual property law, including copyright. This content includes: the word lists and the choice of words, meanings, example sentences, translations, phrases, word families, notes on easily confused words, idioms, puzzle and fill-in-the-blank questions, design, interface, logo, icons, images, texts and software code.
All rights reserved. The only right granted to you is to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes under these terms and the terms of the store you got it from (the Apple EULA or the Google Play Terms of Service).
Prohibited uses
You may not:
- Copy or download the content in bulk, scrape it, or collect it with automated tools.
- Use, sell or distribute the content in another app, website, book or product.
- Try to obtain the software's source code (reverse engineering), or modify or copy the software.
- Use the content to train artificial intelligence models.
- Try to get around the app's security measures or Premium restrictions.
Sharing you are welcome to do
You may share your Daily Puzzle results, screenshots of individual word cards and your own progress on your personal social media accounts.
Trademark
The name “LearnSimply” and its logo belong to Lütfi Ecevit Say and may not be used without permission.
Your content
The personal notes you write on words belong to you. They are stored on your device and, if backup is on, in your own iCloud or Google account; they are not shared with us.
Accuracy of content
Meanings, example sentences and other content are prepared with care but may contain mistakes. The content is meant to help you learn a language; no guarantee is given for official exam results or professional translation.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Restricting the service
Where these terms are breached, the services of the app and the website may be restricted. Apple's and Google's rules on purchases continue to apply.
Changes
We reserve the right to change the app's content, features, what is free and what is Premium, its prices, and these terms. Changes take effect on the date they are published on this page; important changes are announced in the app. Subscription periods you have already paid for are not adversely affected by these changes; subscription price changes are notified under Apple's and Google's rules.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the mandatory consumer protection rights of their own country.
Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe our content is being used without permission, or that our content infringes someone's rights, please report it to destek@learnsimply.app.
