Auf iPhone wie auf Android erfasst LearnSimply keine persönlichen Daten, verfolgt niemanden und zeigt keine Werbung. Du brauchst kein Konto.

Was auf deinem Gerät bleibt

Die Wörter, die du lernst und speicherst, deine persönlichen Notizen sowie die gewählte Sprache, der Modus und deine Einstellungen werden nur auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Sie werden nie an uns oder an andere gesendet. Auch der Austausch zwischen der App und ihrem Widget findet auf dem Gerät statt.

Auf dem iPhone können diese Informationen bei aktiviertem iCloud-Backup Teil des Geräte-Backups sein, das Apple in deinem eigenen iCloud-Account speichert. Auf Android kann die automatische Sicherung sie bei aktivierter Google-Sicherung in deinem eigenen Google-Konto speichern. Wir haben keinen Zugriff auf diese Backups.

Käufe

Abos und der lebenslange Kauf laufen auf dem iPhone über den App Store von Apple und auf Android über Google Play. Apple bzw. Google verarbeitet deine Zahlungsdaten; wir sehen sie nie. Die App erfährt vom Store nur, ob Premium aktiv ist. Details findest du in der Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple und der Datenschutzerklärung von Google.

Mitteilungen

Wort-Mitteilungen werden auf deinem Gerät geplant und angezeigt; es ist kein Server beteiligt. Du kannst sie jederzeit in den Einstellungen des iPhone oder auf Android in den Benachrichtigungseinstellungen der App ausschalten.

Kinder

Die App erfasst von niemandem Daten, also auch nicht von Kindern.

Deine Daten löschen

Wenn du die App löschst, werden alle ihre Daten von deinem Gerät entfernt. Deine gelernten Wörter kannst du auch unter Profil zurücksetzen.

Supportformular und Datenschutzhinweis

Das Obige betrifft die App. Wenn du das Supportformular nutzt oder uns eine E-Mail schreibst, erreichen uns deine Adresse und deine Nachricht per E-Mail, damit wir antworten können. Die Einzelheiten (Verantwortlicher, Zweck, Übermittlungen, Speicherdauer und deine Rechte nach dem türkischen Datenschutzgesetz KVKK) stehen im englischen Hinweis unten.

In short

On iPhone and Android alike, LearnSimply collects no personal data, does no tracking and shows no ads. You don't need an account.

What stays on your device

The words you learn and save, the personal notes you write on words, your chosen language, mode and settings are stored only on your device. They are never sent to us or anyone else. Sharing between the app and its widget also happens on the device.

On iPhone, if iCloud Backup is on, this information may be included in Apple's backup of your device in your own iCloud account. On Android, if Google backup is on, Android's automatic backup may store it in your own Google account. We have no access to these backups.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are made through Apple's App Store on iPhone and Google Play on Android. Apple or Google processes your payment details; we never see them. The app only learns from the store whether Premium is active. See the Apple Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy for details.

Notifications

Word notifications are scheduled and shown on your device; no server is involved. You can turn them off anytime in Settings on iPhone, or in the app's notification settings on Android.

Children

The app collects no data from anyone, including children.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device. You can also reset your learned words in Profile.

Support form and e-mail

The sections above are about the app. When you use the support form on the website or e-mail us, the address and message you write are sent to us by e-mail so we can answer you. The website does not store them itself, and it uses no cookies or analytics.

• What data: the e-mail address, message, chosen topic and language, and browser details you send us through the support form or by e-mail. The app itself collects no personal data.
• Why: to answer your support request, look into bug reports and prevent misuse of the form.
• Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) (directly related to entering into or performing a contract) and Art. 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms).
• How it is collected: electronically, through the support form on the website and by e-mail.
• Transfers: your message is passed on and stored through Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the website and forwards the e-mail, and Microsoft (Outlook), which provides our mailbox; their servers may be outside Türkiye. This transfer is made under KVKK Art. 9 and only to answer your request. Your data is not shared with anyone else, not sold and not used for advertising.
• How long: support correspondence is kept for at most 1 year after the request is closed, then deleted.
• Your rights: under KVKK Art. 11 you can ask whether your data is processed, request information about it and its purpose, learn who it was transferred to, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object, and claim compensation for damage. Send your request to destek@learnsimply.app; we answer within 30 days at the latest.
